INGREDIENTS

Brussel Sprouts - 1 cup

Olive Oil - 1 tsp

Garlic - 1 clove, crushed

FastFx Balsamic Dressing - 1Tbs

Feta, low cal - 3 tsp
-
Salt & Pepper

Chilli Flakes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS serves 1 (100 calories)

Heat oven to 180 Bake.

Drizzle the oil into a roasting pan & put into oven to warm the oil.

Trim the stems off the brussel sprouts & then cut in half.

Place brussel sprouts, face down, into the roasting dish.

Add garlic.
-
Season with salt & pepper to taste.

Bake for 10 minutes, toss the brussels to coat with oil & garlic & bake for a further 10 minutes, until golden & caramelised.

Remove from the oven & drizzle over the FastFx Balsamic Dressing.

Mix through the feta & chilli flakes, reserving some for garnish - serve warm.
