Refund policy

 

If we’ve messed up

We’re only human!  We hate it when it happens, but you may receive goods that are damaged or incorrect. We will do everything we can to rectify the problem. Please email us with any concerns. If there is damage we may ask you to send a photo. 
We do not offer returns on products purchased from third parties - please contact them directly with any issues.
In addition to your Statutory Rights, we will happily exchange or refund any unopened products that are faulty or incorrect, providing the following conditions have been met:

 

- The product is returned within 7 days from the date of payment.
- Any refund payment will be issued to the same form of payment used to place the order.
- Refunds or returns are not granted for change of mind, dispute of efficacy or if you do not like the product.
 

 If you’re not a fan or change your mind

We’re sorry if you don’t like the product. Before you request a return please do try some of the tips (in FAQs) we suggest for people who are adjusting to the new, intentionally low sweetness taste.
If you would still like to return any unopened product we will consider accepting a return, on unopened products, on the condition that:
 
- You notify us within 7 days from the date of despatch
- They are returned at the expense of the customer
- They arrive to our warehouse in unmarked condition and are unopened
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
- Orders using Afterpay will incur a $10 fee to cover Afterpay transaction fees
- Orders using credit card will incur a $5 fee to cover credit card transaction fees
- Refunds will have freight deducted if it means that your order no longer qualifies for free freight


To start a return, please contact us at support@healthfx.co.nz. Once we have agreed to your return, please send (at your expense) the unopened product to 156A Bush Road, Rosedale, Auckland, 0632.

 

Damages and issues

Occasionally there are problems with the courier service. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be emailed a transaction receipt and automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
