How To Do The Summer Challenge
Week 1 & 2
For the 1st two weeks follow the programme in the Recipe Book (included in pack).
- Replace all 3 meals with FastFx Smoothies or FastFx Soups (included).
- Have an additional 2 cups of vegetables each day - follow the recipes in the book, or come up with your own.
Week 3 & 4
For the 2nd two weeks, repeat the programme in the Recipe Book but this time...
- Just replace 2 meals with FastFx Smoothies or FastFx Soups.
- For dinner (or lunch) cook the recipes in the Recipe Book but also add a piece of protein (lean) eg grilled chicken, steak, tofu.
