Frequently Asked Questions
Log in to your Health FX account using your registered email address — you can do this by clicking the person icon in the top right corner.
Once signed in, head to Rewards — your points balance and available rewards will be right there waiting for you.
Log in to your account and head to Rewards at the top of the page.
Scroll to Redeeming Points — any rewards you've unlocked will be ready to use.
Choose Product for a free item or Credit for a discount, hit Redeem, and it's added to your cart automatically.
If you're having trouble redeeming your points, it's usually because your points balance isn't quite there yet.
Check your points balance against the points required for the reward you want.
Log in to your account, head to Rewards and scroll to Refer a Friend.
Enter their email address and we'll send them a $10 off code for their first order — they simply enter it at checkout.
Once they've made their purchase, you'll receive your own $10 off code by email.
