Replace 3 meals — Fastest results
Kickstart your metabolism and trigger ketosis for serious fat burning. Expect to lose 2–3 kg per week. The first 2–3 days can be tough as your body adapts, but it does get easier — stay committed and the results will follow.
Replace 2 meals — Balanced and flexible

Gut Health
Both are Meal Replacement Smoothie powders, free from common allergens and packed with essential nutrients.
The key difference is that Eliminate is certified Low FODMAP, making it the better choice for those with gut sensitivities or FODMAP intolerances. Fast FX is formulated for weight loss and does contain Inulin and Oligofructose — both FODMAPs — which may cause discomfort for some.
The good news: Eliminate works just as effectively for weight loss, without the dietary triggers.
Unlike Eliminate, which is a Meal Replacement, Alleviate is a prebiotic fibre supplement.
Gut symptoms
Alleviate is perfect for those suffering from bloating, wind, cramps, constipation, or diarrhoea. It's specialised fibres have been shown to help ease these symptoms.
Gut microbiome

Most people notice an improvement in gut symptoms within 2–3 days. However, if your issues are more severe, it can take up to 6 weeks — so please be patient and stick with it.

Total is perfect for busy people, who want a quick and simple way to eat well. It is also helpful if you have health concerns that mean you struggle to eat normally, or for fussy eaters.
If your main goal is quick and easy nutrition, Total is the product of choice.
Because Total contains absolutely everything your body needs, you can replace all 3 meals. If you do this, you should also have 2 cups of vegetables and add 1 tsp of Olive oil.
Yes. If you mix Total with just water, then it is still very low in calories and, if used to replace a meal, will help you maintain weight loss.
There are 229 calories in a glass of Total.
Yes. By adding some extra calories to the smoothie, or by drinking it in addition to eating, you can use it to gain weight.
This is a great way to help children or older people put on weight. Try adding milk or dairy free milk, coconut water, banana, berries, yoghurt, honey, avocado, weetbix etc.
Multivitamins only give you extra vitamins, but Total gives you EVERYTHING.
Unlike a supplement or mutlivitamin, Total also includes a massive serve of protein, and fibre, as well as 17 vitamins and minerals.
Why take a supplement, when you can have a protein powder, a fibre supplement, energy source, healthy oils and a multivitamin all in one.
Protein powders are just that - protein. While protein is important, it is only one nutrient that we need.

Yes, we accept returns on unopened bags within 7 days of despatch, provided they are returned in unmarked condition at the customer's expense.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method, less any freight costs and applicable transaction fees (Afterpay $10, credit card $5). Products purchased through a third-party retailer must be returned to that retailer.
We're unable to accept returns on opened bags for food safety and hygiene reasons.
If taste is the issue, don't give up just yet. Try adding more water or milk, blending with very cold water, ice, and frozen berries, or half a banana, a touch of honey, cinnamon, vanilla, or a teaspoon of Milo. After a few days your body adjusts and you'll likely find you don't need the extras.
