Yes, we accept returns on unopened bags within 7 days of despatch, provided they are returned in unmarked condition at the customer's expense.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method, less any freight costs and applicable transaction fees (Afterpay $10, credit card $5). Products purchased through a third-party retailer must be returned to that retailer.
We're unable to accept returns on opened bags for food safety and hygiene reasons.
If taste is the issue, don't give up just yet. Try adding more water or milk, blending with very cold water, ice, and frozen berries, or half a banana, a touch of honey, cinnamon, vanilla, or a teaspoon of Milo. After a few days your body adjusts and you'll likely find you don't need the extras.
